The Board of Directors of the Fort Saskatchewan Minor Sports Association (FSMSA) has called the Annual General Meeting of the membership
Presented will be: • Reports of the FSMSA and the Minor Sport programs under its umbrella • Audited financial statements as of July 31, 2025.
Elections for the positions of President (1 year term), 1st Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Members at Large will be held.
MOTION to accept the proposed 2025 FSMSA Bylaws will be heard - current Bylaws, proposed 2025 Bylaws and tracked changes to Bylaws can be found on the FSMSA website - fsmsa.net
Any additional motions to be heard, must be received in writing, by the FSMSA Office at least 21 days prior to the AGM (November 3, 2025)
